I made it above the 🌴! How I longed for a beach trip and it finally came into reality. At last, nakulayan ang drawing! BTW it’s a Filipino expression when your group of friends planned out on something (like an out-of-town trip or party) then it successfully pushed through. I’m also ecstatic to share this boho look, too! Read more to know the outfit details and where I bought this trendy handmade woven bag.
This photo was taken when a gentle breeze tried to touch my weary soul. LOL! But really, that’s exactly what I needed to feel at that moment ’cause I was in SOS mode of a beach therapy. When it comes to revitalizing a true-blood Pisces like me who’s mentally and physically tired, nothing beats a great beach trip. If I had to choose between hiking and a beach trip, I’d choose going to the beach 🙂
So we went to Morong, Bataan, ’cause it took us a difficult time looking for a place to stay in other provinces. The beach was okay, fine sand but semi-gray. It may not be the best but we had a great time playing Frisbee because of their wide area.
I used to have long wavy hair three summers ago so I had this predicament of choosing a hairstyle that’d give off summer vibes to my outfit since I now have short, blonde hair. Then I thought of wearing statement earrings to accentuate my face and donning a headband for that boho finish which pretty made a lovely outcome. I’m also wearing BLK Cosmetics‘ K-Beauty All-Day Intense Matte Lipstick in Honey.
Of course, I didn’t forget to bring this handwoven native bag from La Brisa PH which I bought during Spectrum Fair Manila‘s outdoor fair last April 27-29, 2018, #SunsetMarketBGC at One Bonifacio Park, BGC. La Brisa PH offers laid-back pieces inspired by living in the tropics.
This La Brisa handwoven round bag is made of Abacá and produced in Bicol Region so it’s 100% made in the Philippines 🙂 I was actually looking for a Bali round bag in the first place but this one’s cheaper with a price of Php 1,400 and has more room for your stuff so I chose to buy this instead. The perfect bag you’ll need if you can’t leave your bottled water and umbrella behind LOL!
Earrings, headband, and pants from Market! Market!, ruffle bikini top from SM Woman’s Coco Cabana, sandals from Aldo, and bag from La Brisa PH.
